What JujsyAlpha is
JujsyAlpha monitors technical indicators on a list of listed companies and notifies you when a condition you chose is met. It is an information tool.
Not financial advice
Nothing in JujsyAlpha is investment advice. Signals, scores, backtests and notifications describe what indicators have done in the past. Past behaviour does not predict future prices. We are not licensed investment advisers, we do not know your circumstances, and you are solely responsible for your own decisions. Trading involves risk of loss, including loss of the entire amount invested.
Accuracy and availability
Market data comes from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Notifications depend on networks and on Apple's delivery, and may be late or not arrive at all. Do not rely on JujsyAlpha for anything time-critical, and do not use it as the only input to a trade. The service is provided as-is, without warranty, and may be unavailable at times.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for what happens under it. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it in bulk, or resell the data it produces.
Subscriptions
Alerts require a paid subscription, offered monthly or annually and purchased through Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending.
Manage or cancel a subscription in iOS Settings under your Apple Account; cancelling stops future renewals and does not refund the current period. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies, not by us.
Monitoring — prices, RSI, Composite Score and charts — is free and does not require a subscription.
Ending it
You may stop using JujsyAlpha and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend an account that abuses the service.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of JujsyAlpha or from a notification that was late, wrong or undelivered.
